You can have your teeth cleaned as many
times as you wish. |

type of emergency plan do I have?

case of an emergency, a Member should
contact their usual network Provider.
If he/she is unavailable, contact Member
Services and we will assist you in locating
another Provider. |

will I be able to use the plan once I
sign up? |

The
effective date starts on the first of
the month you select, either the first
of the current month or the first of the
following month. |

much can I save using the plan?

can save 20% - 60% on the dental plan
and 15% - 45% on the vision plan. |

When
will I get a card? |

A
Membership packet is mailed to your home
address in about 10-20 business days.
